Refund Policy

At Grain Bridge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations for products and services purchased through our website (https://grainbridge.site).

By making a purchase through our website, you agree to this Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Digital Products and Downloadable Content

2.1 E-Books, Digital Guides, and Templates

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of e-books, digital guides, templates, and other downloadable content are final and non-refundable once the download has been initiated or the digital product has been delivered to your account.

However, if you experience technical issues with downloading or accessing your purchased digital product, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.

2.2 Online Courses and Tutorials

For online courses and tutorial packages:

  • If you have not accessed or started the course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • If you have accessed less than 25% of the course content, you may request a partial refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • No refunds will be issued after 14 days of purchase or if more than 25% of the course content has been accessed.

To request a refund for an online course, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund request.

3. Physical Products

3.1 Art Supplies and Materials

For physical art supplies and materials:

  • You may return unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
  • Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery may be returned for a full refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

3.2 Art Prints and Original Artwork

For art prints and original artwork:

  • If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.
  • Returns of undamaged artwork are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is returned in its original packaging and condition.
  • Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable unless it substantially differs from the agreed specifications.

3.3 Return Shipping

For returns of physical products:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
  • The original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Workshops and Events

4.1 Online Workshops

For online workshops and webinars:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled event will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 3-7 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 3 days before the event.
  • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us at least 24 hours before the event.

4.2 In-Person Workshops

For in-person workshops and events:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled event will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event will receive a 75% refund.
  • Cancellations made 3-7 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 3 days before the event.
  • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.

4.3 Event Cancellation by Grain Bridge

If we cancel an event or workshop:

  • You will receive a full refund of your registration fee.
  • Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your registration to another scheduled event.
  • We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses you may have incurred.

5. Subscriptions and Memberships

5.1 Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected].
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the current billing cycle after cancellation.

5.2 Membership Refunds

For our membership programs:

  • New members may request a full refund within 14 days of joining if they have not accessed premium content or benefits.
  • After the first 14 days, or if premium content or benefits have been accessed, memberships are non-refundable for the current billing period.
  • Annual memberships may be eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Digital product and service refunds will typically be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Physical product refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Depending on your payment provider and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
